Natalie joined the Chef Ann Foundation team in March 2023 and serves as the organization’s Senior Coordinator of Fellowship Programs. In this role, she is responsible for the Healthy School Food Pathway Fellowship program implementation, evaluation, and ongoing improvement.
Natalie has operational and leadership experience in a wide range of mission-driven food spaces, from farms to commercial kitchens to food hubs and beyond. After receiving her B.S. in Food Systems from the University of Minnesota, she focused her work on supporting the skills, networks, and infrastructure needed to create strong local food systems. Natalie is motivated by the belief that all people should have access to the food they need to thrive and that a healthy food system should nourish producers, growers, eaters, land, and animals. Her interest in the intersection of food and health led her to pursue a Master’s degree in Public Health, which she anticipates completing in May 2024.
In her free time, Natalie enjoys cooking and baking, spending quality time with friends and family (often over good food), and exploring all of the active pursuits, including training for her first Half Ironman triathlon.
